About my surroundings. You can reach Lake Chiemsee in 3 minutes by bus, which stops 100 metres from my front door, or you can take a nice walk to the lake, get to know the climatic health resort of Übersee and be at the lake in 20 minutes. The nearest shops (bakery, Edeka, pharmacy,...) are about 5 minutes away on foot. Several beautiful places are also in my vicinity, for example: Salzburg (30 min), Ruhpolding (20 min), Berchtesgaden (50 min) and many other attractive places.
